POSITION: Human Resources Manager Location: Dallas, Tx
REQ# HCA- 404B Salary Range: $85k to $105k plus bonus
REQUIREMENTS:
Provide coaching and guidance, to include conflict and grievance resolution, due to personal and/or collective bargaining agreement disputes in a union environment; lead corporate HR initiatives such as organizational health process and performance management process; serve as an employee champion to ensure processes and relationships are fair and equitable and deliver communication and support systems; lead and ensure diversity initiatives are realized; ensure compliance of HR initiatives (SOX, staffing, people processes, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development); drive recruitment, selection and succession planning strategies for client group vacancies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree; minimum 4 years of labor relations experience in a large plant; change management experience; current management responsibilities.
