REQ# HCA-BG1 Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000 plus bonus
Provide technical and functional expertise in the design, implementation, communication and administration of domestic and international compensation programs, projects and reporting; partner with HR and business/functional leadership to design and administer short and long term incentive plans and conduct job evaluation, and ensure compensation practices are aligned with company philosophy and policy, and are competitive to external market and internal equity.

BS or equivalent; a minimum of 5 years of related compensation experience; experience with Global compensation systems, planning and reporting and processes; analytical skills including advanced spreadsheet capabilities in Excel; experience developing and delivering presentations to senior management team and/or business unit leaders.
