REQUIREMENTS:

Develop objectives, policies and programs relating to all training/management development initiatives; develops strategic planning and implementation of organizational development and training services; coordinates succession planning activities with Corporate and R&D employees; develop and implement all HR policies/procedures; provide employee relation services for Corporate and R&D functions.
