POSITION: FINANCIAL ANALYST

REQ# HCA- 186LO Salary Range: 2 LEVELS - $60K - $75K & $75K - $95K
REQUIREMENTS:
As an internal "independent consultant," you will support divisional operations by providing a variety of models and financial analyses, including cost/benefit, net present value, pricing, forecasting, and expense drivers. You will take the lead on the evaluation of business initiatives, capital investments, and new services and programs within the division. You will drive the annual budgeting process and prepare and oversee budgets for individual projects, present business cases, monitor and promote financial accountability, track project and departmental costs, and deliver regular budget status reports to upper management. A key responsibility is to prepare and disseminate financial information in a timely and accurate manner, to ensure the most efficient use of resources
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree and/or professional certifications (MBA, CFA, CPA) highly desirable. A minimum of three years related work experience in cost/benefit, budgeting, capital expenditures, and ROI/multi-year business case analyses. Proficient with Microsoft Office and other database software, strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, particularly in sharing information with upper management. Proven ability to learn new operations and technology quickly, and ability to work independently
