Contribute to the overall success of the Commercial Banking Group by developing, maintaining and retaining business. Understand the individual team’s relationship to the overall success of the Regional Office and the Division as a whole.

•Work closely with Team/Sales Manager to ensure the sales strategy and
processes are implemented and successful.
•Participated in the sales strategy and process for the team
•Work to meet or exceed individual performance goals
•Develop and maintain solid client/customer relationships and retain
•Understand the basics Bank’s loan / credit approval process
•Work closely with the Credit Department to ensure solid successful deals can be integral
part of the Commercial Loan Division as a whole
•Other duties and special projects as assigned
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant experience may override degree requirement. A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive commercial lending experience; strong credit/underwriting and portfolio management skills preferred.
Proven proficiency in business development and retention
Excellent relationship building and retention skills
Good understanding of loan process and credit analysis preferred
