POSITION: Small Business and Consumer Credit Manager Location: King Of Prussia, PA

REQ# HCA-461RB Salary Range: $90-$110k

REQUIREMENTS:

Responsible for strategic positioning, implementation and day to day

Management of the Small Business and Consumer Underwriting Departments.

Responsible for management, direction and development of Small Business and Consumer underwriting processes reporting to the Chief Credit Officer. Provides leadership in the overall growth and development to achieve and support the strategic objectives of Willow Financial Bank.

Direct and Supervise Small Business and Consumer Underwriting operations

With respect to underwriting criteria, procedures and process, product design,

staffing and portfolio performance

Provide management direction to the Consumer Underwriting Manager to insure

Continued quality of the Consumer Loan Portfolio

Oversee underwriting process to insure compliance with the Bank’s Credit Policy and regulatory requirements

Recommend revisions of the Bank’s Credit Policy to the Chief Credit Officer for Small Business and Consumer Underwriting

Develop and implement training of the retail employees to improve product knowledge, employee development and enhance cross sell opportunities

Decision loan applications in accordance with the Loan Approval Matrix

Provide reporting for Small Business and Consumer Underwriting as required by the Bank’s Management

Always exhibits and shows support of both the Mission and Core Values of Willow Financial Bank

Ensure daily compliance with all federal (Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Section 404) and state regulations

Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent interpersonal, written and organizational skills

Strong technical skills: Word, Excel, Access

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 5 years of Consumer and Commercial Lending experience
